Finally! You wrote a list without stress! I really enjoyed this one.

Some things here, I think, can be (and are) enjoyed by most everyone. Writing workshops with competent folks: nice. Ahem.

I cannot stress the importance of reading aloud enough. Seriously. The kids I work with on Fridays can't read good. For them, reading aloud builds confidence and encourages growth. When we read Ulysses aloud, that was a thing of growth, but a different kind of growth. And in the mornings when there's no library science to be performed, my friend reads children's books to me. We feel a little touched in the head 'cause we enjoy it lots, but it's one of the few things that makes life worthwhile. Y'know?

Yes...reading aloud is wonderful. My kids will be read aloud to even before they are born. :) I still read books aloud to my little cousins -- I love it!

I try. :)

I was having a bad day, and I needed to do this to cheer myself up. Today continued to make me feel better. Glad I could help!

Saw your username on the NaNo forums, thought I'd "visit the website". *waves a paw* (Ironically enough, my "WWW" also redirects to my LJ) :)
