Eh, really *any* part of the year can be cold here, and spring comes only sporadically, but it's not so bad. When I have to pick a favorite season, I pick autumn, but most of the places I've lived, autumn might be just as warm as spring, so it's not so much a weather thing as where the weather happens in the year (if that makes sense).
