Adventures in camping

So I'm leaving in about half an hour to go backcountry camping at Point Reyes National Seashore with my most awesome friend Katie and one of her friends Nina! There will be hiking and pitching of tents and beautiful views and the ocean (and possibly I will freeze to death, but that goes with the territory). I'm really excited just to be going somewhere new -- the fact that I'm going with friends makes it even better.

I'll be out of e-mail communication today and tomorrow, though if I have a phone I can update (but not view responses) on Twitter and Facebook. Still, I think it's probably good for me to spend a little time away from the computer, away from my desk, and out under the sky.
