Whoo. Okay, so I figure I'm the only one in the world who can come to an awesome foreign country and complain about it. So I'm a pathetic American -- who in America isn't?

Though I suppose I should be slightly nicer to my country...

Not that it matters since it appears that no one's reading this anyway. Oh well, it's a good way for me to get stuff off my chest, and to keep track of what I'm doing on my trip, since I keep forgetting to write stuff down in one of the many journals I've brought. (I have at least three.)

I don't like it, though -- I thought that Italy would be amazing again, like it was when I came three years ago, but stuff must have changed and not informed me of the changes, because right now I'm kind of wishing I could spend the rest of these three weeks back in London. (Though that part of the trip was amazing and you'll never get me to shut up about it.)

But as usual I'm rambling and sounding slightly conceited. So I'll stop now.

oh, btw, be glad you weren't in London... there was a series of terrorist attacks there this morning... so as wierd as this may sound, I'm glad you're in Italy right now, not London, though you obviously don't like it as much... but I'm glad you guys got out of there in time.

o my gosh, i know, we just saw the news. It's so terrible, my family was all freaking out because if we'd been there a week later, chances are that could have been us. Though we weren't near any of the tube stations that got hit, we did go to King's Cross...

It was so weird, watching the news and thinking that the people who were dying could have been people who walked past me on the street last week... :(

Oh gosh i was freaked out too ! i have been so caught up with things i am doing that i haven`t even check my emails in like FOREVER and had totally forgot about this too !!! but thank god you have the live journal so you could tell us you are ok . words cannot express how happy i am that you are ok .YES everything does happen for a reason. there is so much to this story to tell you , so many moments i have experienced that i will tell you later ! cuz , i got to go see what life has planed for me tomorrow ! make the best of italy ! luv always N.M
